1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Note: Processing time may be extended during high-volume periods or seasonal sales.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer the following shipping options for our customers within the United States:

Standard Shipping: $8.00 or Free for orders over $35 — Delivered in 3-5 business days.

Express Shipping: $10.00 or Free for orders over $35 — Delivered in 1-2 business days.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the selected delivery timeframe of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@wpgbrands.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Shipping to PO Boxes is supported via carriers that service these addresses, such as USPS. Please note that certain service levels (e.g., expedited or oversized shipments) may not be eligible for PO Box delivery and may require a physical address.
